Yokohama Underground Future City - kids future thinking workshops and projection festival, Japan, 2014.

I worked with Spiral Gallery, Tokyo, and the City Of Yokohama in Japan to produce an interactive projections experience for families. This involved designing and overseeing the construction of our own mini outdoor overhead projectors, creating a toolkit of 2D shapes for people to use in creating their own visual narratives and running narrative workshops.

The projectors were laser cut from plywood.

The projectors were designed to be portable, and cheap and easy for communities to make and use.
